Jeff + Sherle Holt
Pastor Jeff & Sherle came to Avon Park in 2012. They have been in Pastoral Ministry for over 40+ years! Both are graduates of Lee University in Cleveland TN and are Ordained through the Church of God.
They have a huge heart for the lost and broken. They also have helped to raise up many leaders within the Kingdom and love to pour into anyone who wants to learn! They have a strong gift of hospitality and enjoy creating space for community for all around them.
Pastor Jeff is a powerful preacher of the Gospel and loves teaching on the Kingdom! Sherle has been an elementary teacher for over 35 years! They both have a heart for education and teaching and pour that into the ministry here at The Sanctuary! They have two sons, a daughter-in-LOVE and two beautiful grand-daughters who are the apple of their eyes! They also have a grand-pup named SWEETNESS!
Brandon + Alissa Holt
Brandon and Alissa have served in ministry their whole lives! They both grew up as Preacher’s Kids and have seen ministry done from every aspect. Brandon has been playing and singing since he was a young boy and Alissa traveled all over the country with her parents singing and speaking.
They came to Avon Park in early 2020 to base their National Ministry here. The server at The Sanctuary and assist in Worship and ministry operations. They have brought an extensive knowledge and wisdom to the church and have a heart for discipleship! Both are powerful speakers and teachers!.
They have two beautiful daughters named Kinsleigh Reign and Aurora Danielle. They just recently brought home a beautiful little puppy named “Sweetness”! They want to see the Kingdom advanced throughout Highlands Co, Florida, America and the WORLD!
Billy Rye
Billy Rye came to Avon Park in 2017. Shortly after arriving, he had a life-changing encounter with Jesus! Ever since then, he has been a faithful team member here at the Sanctuary! Billy has a work ethic like no other! He knows how to get stuff DONE!
In 2019, he began to serve in our Student Ministries and found a passion that he never realized was there! He now LEADS this ministry and is impacting the lives of our teens with his creative and passionate example of Kingdom living! He has a true gift with connecting to students and sharing the pitfalls of making bad decisions by giving them wisdom in how to make better choices than he did! He believes that having a relationship in student’s life is the only way to fully make a KINGDOM impact!
